Patrick Wilson

Patrick Wilson is General Counsel of Solana Policy Institute (SPI). In this capacity, Patrick leads engagement on regulatory policy with agencies including the SEC, CFTC, and Treasury and handles SPI’s internal legal work.

Previously, Patrick served in-house in the legal departments of startups and public companies, most recently as the Head of Litigation at Uniswap Labs. Patrick has also been a member of the Regulatory Litigation team at Coinbase, Inc., and spent the majority of his career in private practice at Skadden, Arps where he represented clients in criminal and regulatory investigations, federal and state enforcement actions, and complex litigation. Patrick holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
