Helen Fermor

Helen Fermor is Chief Operating Officer of ICE Clear U.S., a wholly owned clearing house of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ICE). With 20 years of experience in derivatives markets and financial infrastructure, Helen oversees the daily operations of the CFTC-recognized clearinghouse, which supports futures and options across agriculture, equity, forex, and interest rate products. She also serves as Chief Operating Officer of ICE Digital Trust, Intercontinental Exchange’s regulated crypto custodian, where she supports the firm’s digital asset custody business. Helen has held senior roles across ICE’s global clearing businesses. She holds a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham.
