Paul Lang

Paul Lang is head of Investments in the Fidelity Digital Asset Management division at Fidelity Investments. FidelityInvestments is a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage,benefits outsourcing, and other financial products and services to institutions, financial intermediaries, andindividuals.

In this role, Paul is responsible leading a team of analysts and traders focused on the evaluation of digital assets andtheir associated blockchain networks and protocols. The team combines fundamental analysis and risk assessmentwith portfolio construction and implementation aimed at bringing crypto products to market.

Prior to assuming his current role, Paul served as head of Portfolio Construction and Risk at Khelp Financial. He spenta decade in traditional finance at Prudential Financial and UBS Asset Management before focusing his careerspecifically on the digital asset's ecosystem, beginning with Celsius Network. Paul joined Fidelity in 2023.Paul earned his bachelor's degree from Purdue University and his master's degree from Rutgers University.
