Lisa Francoeur

Lisa “Fancyfied” Francoeur is a technologist, entrepreneur, and cultural architect working at the intersection of emerging technology, workforce development, and human potential. A former executive at LinkedIn, she is now the co-founder and CRO of Crypto Tutors, a B2B Web3 education firm, and co-inventor of DeFi All Odds, a workforce development platform building enterprise-ready blockchain and emerging-tech talent, validated through approximately $1.5 million in National Science Foundation Phase I and II funding. She also serves as Secretary of Education for the New York State Advisory Committee on Cryptocurrency and Digital Finance, contributing to statewide workforce and policy strategy at the intersection of technology and public service.
