Hue is the co-founder and Co-CEO of Ari Networks, a blockchain-based company building the capital markets platform for private assets. Ari leverages its patent-pending obligation architecture to provide full instrument composability for syndication, participation, seasoning, tranching, and structured products, while preserving the confidentiality, governance, and counterparty controls that define the private credit market. In March 2026, Ari executed blockchain’s first true settlement-agnostic credit exposure transaction on Solana.
Hue is the author of Private Credit's Dominant Strategy, a 2026 paper applying game theory to the challenges of private asset portfolio optimization. He has briefed the CFTC, Senate Agriculture, and Senate Finance committee offices on structural issues in the stablecoin market. He previously co-founded FRIDAY Labs, building blockchain identity infrastructure for personal data ownership, and held senior roles at NortonLifeLock and Experian. He holds one of the original patents for online identity management. He earned engineering degrees from Princeton and Stanford and an MFA from NYU. Most importantly, he wrote and directed a movie starring Steve Buscemi.
