Christian Narvaez

Christian is the Founder and Managing Partner of Rayo Capital Group, a New York City based investment and advisory firm bridging the U.S., Latin American, and Global digital asset economy. He also serves as New York Chapter President of the Stand With Crypto Alliance, where he works at the intersection of innovation and regulation, engaging policymakers to advance responsible digital asset policy in the United States. Most recently, he was a Partner at Inception Capital, a $100MM early-stage digital assets VC fund backing leading founders and asset managers across Asia and the West.

Before venture capital, Christian spent over a decade on Wall Street as an Investment Banker covering clients across the U.S. and Latin America, building deep expertise in capital markets, cross-border finance, and institutional advisory. His work sits at the crossroads of venture capital, capital markets, and public policy shaping the future of finance.
