Ali is a third-generation entrepreneur who learned early that business can either bring families together or tear them apart. Losing part of hers over money lit a fire in her to build differently- to make wealth a conversation that makes families, not breaks them. She’s forever inspired by her parents, who built their businesses on strong, family-first values without ever missing dinner or a soccer game.

After six years advising the ultra-wealthy in corporate finance, Ali felt a pull toward more purpose-driven work. In a male-dominated industry, she often felt like she didn’t belong, until a mentor told her, “If you feel like you don’t belong, you’re just creating space for someone else to.” That insight sparked her next chapter.
